Victor Rodarte

 I first saw Arizona when I was stationed at the Marine Corps Air Station in Yuma in 1969. After my discharge from military service, I enrolled at the University of New Mexico, studying accounting.  In 1974, I joined Price Waterhouse and Co. and earned my Certified Public Accountant license in 1976.  I subsequently took a position with a publicly traded company where I was the Director of Corporate Accounting.  In 1979 I accepted an offer to join the staff of the Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission.  After a  rewarding career in public investor protection, I retired  in 2003 as that agency's Chief Deputy Director.  I began my "2nd" career as a real estate agent in 2004 and soon realized I found a job I really enjoyed. I was elected to the Green Valley/Sahuarita Association of Realtors Board of Directors for a 3-year term commencing October, 2008. In November 2009 I was elected Secretary/Treasurer of the Association.

 My wife and I made Phoenix Arizona our home in 1974 and we moved to Sahuarita since 2003 to be closer to our two sons and daughter in law living in Tucson.

We listen closely to you in order to meet your specific goals, keeping your best interests as our foremost priority.  I am fluent in Spanish and that has enabled us reach a larger segment of buyers and sellers in  our community.  Bob is based out of Long's Green Valley office and lives in Quail Creek,a short hop from his office. Team Rodarte is the exclusive agent for 55 Places, an entity that focuses on promoting retirement and active adult communities through it's Internet site.  I am based out of the Sahuarita office strategically located in the new Market Place Shopping Center in Rancho Sahuarita just 3 minutes from my home in Rancho Sahuarita.
